Permits

The Summit Permits module helps manage all aspects of recording permits, from applying and issuing permits, to inspections and preparing a Certification of Occupancy. The streamline entry system minimizes keystrokes by defaulting required information based on the type of permit. Additional time is saved through the Auto Fill feature which automatically completes information as you type (e.g. location, contractor name, owner name,) similar to the way your web browser remembers the web address of sites you have visited previously.

Permit forms can be printed from Summit using Microsoft Word giving you complete control of the look and feel of your forms. You can initiate emails to your customers from Summit. You can launch contractor web sites from Summit as well, providing easy access to required information.

The simplified recording of your permits helps to insure inspections are performed and property tax evaluation improvements are reported resulting in increased permit and property tax revenue.
