The Summit Payroll module is designed to simplify payroll processing. The Payroll’s entry system is simplified by defaulting the method and frequency of payments, deductions and taxation for each employee. Entering exceptions are further simplified by utilizing a single window design eliminating the need to jump to multiple windows.

The Payroll module interfaces with the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Automatic Clearing House modules to provide a streamlined accounting process, eliminating redundant entries, saving you time.

You can track payroll expenses for individuals, departments or user-defined cost centers. State and Federal tax reports are available and you can print the 941 form directly from Summit.

The bottleneck of preparing W2s is eliminated. You can create a W2 report at any time during the year to verify and correct the W2 information before you print and submit your actual W2 forms. You can create a W2 file after the last run in your current calendar year to be used to process at a convenient time.
