The Cemetery Management module helps manage all aspects of your plot records from recording lot sales and burials to receipting a payment. Summit's unique Plot Generator feature allow you to set up multiple plot records for a certain section of you cemetery in seconds. The Plot Generator automatically builds plot records for a section of your cemetery, eliminating the need to create each plot record individually.
The Cemetery Management module helps facilitate the management of lot sales using reports and our advanced inquiry window, which show the status of each plot (available, reserved, occupied) as well as the reserved or occupied person. Lots display in lot number order allowing you to see the availability of plots in adjacent lots.
The General Index Report prints lot records in the owner's last name order making it easy to identify which plots a person owns. The Occupied Plots Report prints lots in the deceased's last name order helping to answer deceased related inquiries.
The Cemetery Management module supports the recording of all charges, including: plot sales and user-defined charges (openings and closings and tent rentals). Summit also tracks all payment and balance information.
