Summit’s Account Receivable module is designed to process miscellaneous departmental billings, including entering charges, printing invoices, entering payments, and printing statements. The delinquent accounts report helps track who owes money and how late their payment is. Multiple custom letters with increasingly stronger language can help minimize bad debt.
Summit’s flexibility allows each type of billing to be handled differently. You can select unique taxing methods, billing terms, and late charge methods for each billing type. You can setup unique invoices, statements and other user defined forms for each billing type. By setting up user defined fields, you can customize which information is stored for each billing type.
Billing types can be reoccurring, allowing you to bill the same amounts for the frequency required without having to enter charges multiple times. You can efficiently bill reoccurring and nonrecurring charges on the same invoice, e.g. monthly airport hanger rentals and fuel purchases.
Annual Business License renewals are made easy allowing you to print custom renewal forms as well as the License forms without reentering the information each year. You can define the charges and form print outs for each type of license.
