Paid Vacation
Data Technologies employees are eligible for paid vacation according
to the following scale:
- 2 weeks paid per year after 1 year
- 3 weeks paid per year after 7 years
- 4 weeks paid per year after 15 years
Paid Holidays
DTI employees receive the following paid holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, employees receive the previous Friday off. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, employees receive the following Monday off.
Sick Leave
Employees are eligible for up to 5 days per year of paid sick leave. You must be a DTI employee for three months before this benefit
is available. Sick leave is prorated for the first year.
Maternity Leave
Employees may take up to six weeks of maternity leave as either unpaid leave and/or accumulated vacation. While on maternity leave, benefits and seniority will not be lost, but vacation will not accrue.
Funeral Leave
Employees are eligible for up to two days of funeral leave after three
months of employment.
